Tell us your sample quantity and intended batch size. Feasibility, minimum quantity, sample cost, and any design work depend on the product and need confirmation in your quote. There is no single minimum order for every product.
Ask for a written breakdown of design or setup work, samples, production, finishing, assembly, packaging, and shipping. Confirm what is included and whether destination taxes or duties are excluded. Sending an inquiry does not place an order or take a payment.
Before approving production, agree the dimensions, material, color reference, surface finish, and acceptance checks. Request an appropriate sample or preview and confirm its cost. FDM parts can have visible layer lines; a reference image alone is not an approved sample or a guarantee of the final finish.
Share your destination and required arrival date. Sample preparation, production after approval, and carrier transit are separate stages. Confirm the schedule, shipping service, packaging, and tracking arrangements in writing before ordering; customs processing can affect arrival.
Contact us using the email or WhatsApp below with your order reference, photos, and a description of the issue. Keep the product and packaging for review. Agree the inspection window and the terms for rework, replacement, or refunds before payment; the applicable remedy depends on the agreed order terms and review of the issue.
You can start a conversation with a product description, intended use, quantity, and reference image. Production may still require workable CAD and separate design work. For confidential projects, discuss an NDA and a suitable transfer method before sharing sensitive files. Only share images and designs you are authorized to use.
