Questions about payment and first orders
Can I pay through Alibaba.com?
We currently handle orders directly and do not offer Alibaba.com Trade Assurance. For a first order, discuss a sample or pilot batch, written acceptance criteria and payment arrangements before production. These arrangements are not platform escrow or third-party payment protection.
When do I pay, and which methods are available?
An inquiry does not place an order or take payment. Available methods, currency, fees and payment milestones are confirmed in the written quotation or proforma invoice. This website has no online checkout and does not offer escrow. Do not pay from a website logo or bank name alone.
Who produces the parts and who receives payment?
QuoteFlow 3D is the international platform; core FDM production is handled by our operation in Houjie, Dongguan. The commercial settlement entity is 深圳光明金湖顺海百货 in Shenzhen. Review the contracting entity and beneficiary on your order documents, and ask us to explain any difference before paying.
What can I review before shipment?
Before ordering, agree the project photos, inspection scope, recorded measurements, packing list and shipment information needed for your purchase. Document availability and any extra inspection work must be confirmed for the order. General factory photos are not inspection results for your batch.
What if the order does not match the agreed requirements?
Contact us with the order reference, affected quantity, photos and a description against the approved requirements. Retain the parts and packaging for review. Confirm the inspection window and conditions for rework, replacement or refunds in the written order before payment; resolution depends on those terms and review of the issue.
Can I speak with the production team first?
Send your time zone, preferred times and the questions you want to cover. We will discuss availability and what can be shown, subject to production schedules and confidentiality. A request is not a confirmed appointment.
