Challenge
A marine-model project required 350 complete sets containing 2,100 individual printed components, with small structural details and consistent finishing across the batch.
Production plan
The components were distributed across a high-speed FDM production matrix using matte PLA+, allowing multiple parts and sets to run in parallel.
Post-processing
Each batch moved through manual support removal, precision deburring and ultrasonic cleaning before packing. Project-specific QC readings are not published in this case summary.
Packing and shipment
350 complete sets, comprising 2,100 printed components, were organized for set packing and shipped to Genoa, Italy via DHL Express with tracking. Transit time is not presented as a commitment for future orders.
