Shenzhen / FDM production coordination

Factory & QC

Photography & evidence

This page uses frames extracted from original on-site videos supplied by the operator and dated 21-23 January 2026. Public inspection readings, packing records and dispatch records have not been supplied, so those areas show blank record fields rather than completed-order claims.

Original production media

From on-site video, not generated factory imagery.

Each still is extracted from a retained original portrait video and carries its capture date. The images document what is visible; they do not replace a facility audit or order inspection.

QC record structure

Agree what gets recorded before release.

This is a blank controlled-field template, not inspection results from a customer order. After file review, agree sampling, critical dimensions, appearance, fit and nonconformance handling with the engineer.

Machines & process fit

Bambu Lab FDM printers are part of the stated production environment. Confirm the equipment assigned to your project, build envelope and material requirements before approving production.

Agree for your project

  • Equipment model and assigned production location
  • Material grade, color reference and part orientation

Request: dated equipment photos and the project-specific equipment list.

02

Production floor & batch control

An approved sample should define the reference for the batch. Agree how file revisions, variants, work in progress and exceptions will be identified before release.

Agree for your project

  • Approved drawing revision and sample reference
  • Batch identification and change-approval responsibility

Request: a dated production-floor view and a redacted batch record.

03

Inspection & acceptance

Define what matters on the drawing before measuring the part. Inspection scope, sampling, tools and acceptance criteria need agreement for each order; a universal tolerance or pass rate is not implied.

Agree for your project

  • Critical dimensions, visual surfaces and mating-part fit
  • Measurement method, record format and nonconformance handling

Request: actual inspection photos and readings tied to the drawing revision.

04

Packing & identification

Agree protection, unit grouping, hardware inclusion and variant separation around the approved product. Packaging requirements should be part of the production brief, not decided after printing.

Agree for your project

  • Approved unit pack, inserts and label content
  • Part count, revision identification and carton packing list

Request: photos of the actual unit pack and closed, labeled cartons with private details concealed.

05

Shipment & handoff

Confirm the destination, shipping terms and transport mode after the packing plan is known. QuoteFlow 3D coordinates delivery requirements; transit dates and costs are confirmed for the individual shipment.

Agree for your project

  • Receiver, destination and agreed shipping terms
  • Carton count, shipping documents and dispatch confirmation

Request: a redacted packing list and the actual dispatch or carrier handoff record.

Protect the customer. Keep the evidence useful.

Customer names, drawing identifiers, addresses and shipping labels can be redacted with approval. Confidentiality should not turn illustrative images into proof.
