QuoteFlow 3D may receive contact information, company information, product requirements, uploaded files, file metadata, and project communications for the purpose of reviewing and responding to a manufacturing request.
Restricted handling
Access should be limited to people and service providers who need the information to review, quote, produce, or support the project. Signed upload links and secrets must not be recorded in analytics or ordinary application logs.
Retention and deletion
The final retention period, deletion request process, legal basis, international transfer terms, and privacy contact require human legal review before this draft is used in production.
