FDM (Thermoplastic Batch Production)

QuoteFlow 3D specializes in pilot runs (50-100 pcs) and repeatable batch production (500-10,000+ pcs). Individual pieces are produced as pre-batch golden samples for planned production runs.

Indicative USD and production-only windows for suitable parts with approved CAD, material and capacity. Transit, testing and finishing can add time. Sampling, engineering and setup may carry charges; CAD changes require a fresh DFM review. TPU and complex parts need separate scheduling.

No CAD needed to compare routes. Add an STL, OBJ or supported 3MF to see local bounds, mesh volume and material-weight reference here.
