Critical dimensions & gauge inspection

All dimensions in mm. Values demonstrate an in-limit record format; 20 pieces is an example sample count, not an ISO / AQL sampling plan. Actual records include tool IDs, calibration status, inspection date and inspector.

All PASS statuses are demonstration results, not actual release decisions.

Visual, insert & packing verification checklist

  • Visual surfaces & color

Example: visible faces, seam position and support cleanup match the signed cosmetic reference. Order records include dated close-up photos.

  • Heat-set insert pull / torque

Example: insert fit verified in a mating jig. Pull-force and torque limits, tools and sampled results are defined against the project drawing before testing.

  • Master carton drop & packing

Example: tray count, protective layers, part labels and carton quantity checked. Drop height, orientations and acceptance criteria are agreed per shipment; no certification is implied.

Project-specific release record

Use this format to agree the inspection scope with your engineer. Complete the actual batch record with the inspector, date, measured results, nonconformance disposition, pack count and release decision, with project photos and records supplied as agreed in the written order.
