Selected production project

Industrial IoT Sensor Housing

1,500 PETG-CF enclosures produced in a four-day batch printing window after production release.

Customer identity and proprietary drawings are withheld for confidentiality.

Challenge

A German industrial IoT project required a 1,500-unit enclosure batch with engineering-grade material, controlled critical dimensions and a short production window.

Production plan

The approved production setup used PETG-CF, 0.20 mm layers, four wall loops and 30% gyroid infill across a parallel FDM production matrix. PETG-CF was selected for the project's flow and outdoor-use requirements; this is not a certified UV-resistance claim.

Quality control

Specified critical dimensions were controlled against the approved drawing and reference requirements, with project-specific inspection applied before shipment. The ±0.15 mm requirement applies only to specified features, not every dimension or future order.

Production result

Complete batch printing of 1,500 units took four days after production release. This is printing time, not door-to-door delivery time. Packing specifications and shipment records are not published for this project.
