Why do you use direct engineering contracts instead of Alibaba.com or marketplace storefronts?
Batch 3D printing needs locked DFM parameters, custom slicer profiles, NDA protection and multi-stage QC sign-offs. Our direct engineering contract records these project-specific controls and acceptance criteria. First-time buyers can validate 1–5 physical golden samples, receive a 100% sample-fee credit on their first 500+ unit batch, and agree milestone payments with pre-shipment photo and video review. Request PayPal or a commercial invoice; the available payment method and terms are confirmed in your written quotation.
Can I start with a sample or a small quantity?
Start with 1–5 physical samples in the specified production material and finish. Your sample fee is 100% credited toward your first batch of 500+ units. The written quotation records sample costs, credit amount and batch scope; engineering confirms feasibility and any design work before ordering.
What will the total price include?
Ask for a written breakdown of design or setup work, samples, production, finishing, assembly, packaging, and shipping. Confirm what is included and whether destination taxes or duties are excluded. Sending an inquiry does not place an order or take a payment.
How do I know the result will meet my expectations?
Before approving production, agree the dimensions, material, color reference, surface finish, and acceptance checks. Request an appropriate sample or preview and confirm its cost. FDM parts can have visible layer lines; a reference image alone is not an approved sample or a guarantee of the final finish.
When will my order arrive?
Share your destination and required arrival date. Sample preparation, production after approval, and carrier transit are separate stages. Confirm the schedule, shipping service, packaging, and tracking arrangements in writing before ordering; customs processing can affect arrival.
What if something is damaged or does not match?
Contact us using the email or WhatsApp below with your order reference, photos, and a description of the issue. Keep the product and packaging for review. Agree the inspection window and the terms for rework, replacement, or refunds before payment; the applicable remedy depends on the agreed order terms and review of the issue.
Do I need CAD files, and what about confidential designs?
You can start a conversation with a product description, intended use, quantity, and reference image. Production may still require workable CAD and separate design work. For confidential projects, discuss an NDA and a suitable transfer method before sharing sensitive files. Only share images and designs you are authorized to use.
