The production brief

Define the vehicle cup well, bottle profile, handle access and expected exposure conditions. Avoid a universal-fit claim; approve only the combinations actually assessed.

Proposed production process

  1. Review dimensions, installation clearance and material requirements with the buyer.
  2. Produce samples for fit, appearance and use-condition assessment.
  3. Agree revision, color reference and unit-pack specification before pilot production.

Proposed QC checks

  • Check the agreed dimensions and compare appearance with the approved sample.
  • Confirm the fit combinations and any required test evidence before approval.
  • Verify item count, variant identification and pack contents against the order.

Packing & shipping plan

Proposed: protect visible surfaces, keep variants separated and review instructions and carton labeling. Agree transport mode and shipping documents after the final packing plan is accepted.

Before batch release

Approval gate: signed sample reference, agreed QC criteria and packing approval. No automotive certification or completed-shipment claim is made.
